The facts about sneezing

Sneezing can occur at any time such as while cleaning the house, exposed to the flu or cold air. But there is another fact that not many people know about the sneeze. Some people can sneeze every day while others only at certain times only. Sneezing is one way the body to remove foreign objects from the nose which can cause irritation such as dust, flour, bacteria or viruses. But the process is not as easy as sneezing people think, because it still involves many organs and functions of the body.

When people train too hard, and breathing becomes heavy, then automatically the mouth and nose became dry. As a result of the body will react with water dripping that trigger people to sneeze. When someone sneezes, the mucus or foreign objects in the mouth and nose will come out with a speed of 100 miles per hour. When sneezing is usually issued 100,000 germs into the air, because it should hold my nose and mouth with a hand or elbow coverage when sneezing so as not to endanger the people around.

Someone does not have to worry about going to wake up during sleep due to sneeze. This is because while sleeping, sneezing nerve will also be rested.
